Returns - withdrawal from the sales contract
You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. In case of loss of the withdrawal form attached to the package, download it HERE. How to return the purchased goods?
RETURN ITEMS IN 3 EASY STEPS
1. Fill out the return form attached to the order (you have 14 days to issue a return starting from the moment of receiving the order).
2. Put the completed form into the package with properly secured goods.
3. You will receive a refund (including the price of products and the cost of delivery) immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal sent by you.
NOTE: We may refrain from refunding the money until the products are received or the Consumer provides proof of their return (whichever occurs first). The reimbursement will be issued in the same way that the Consumer used to pay, unless it is stated differently in the return form.

The costs related to the return of the goods (including the costs of packaging and delivery to the seller) in connection with the withdrawal from the contract are borne by the consumer.
COMPLAINTS - Reporting defects in the delivered equipment or device failure
The goods purchased in our store are covered by a 2-year warranty. If there are problems with the equipment in use, please contact us to verify the problem. If it is found that the goods qualify for repair or replacement.
The return of funds for the purchased equipment (including the price of the products and the cost of delivery to the seller) or a recognized complaint (if you wish to return it instead of replacing it) is transferred within 14 calendar days of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract.
NOTE: We may refrain from refunding until we receive the products or you provide proof of sending them back (whichever occurs first).
REMEMBER!
The goods should be returned unchanged, showing no signs of use. Please ensure that the package includes all the security features of the goods that were shipped (e.g. fixing polystyrene, foils), warranty card and user manual as well as complete accessories set.
